A chain running blind. No view of where stock sat, what sold, what needed reordering, or who was allowed to do what. Branches without POS hardware could not even scan.سلسلة تعمل بلا رؤية: أين البضاعة، وما المُباع، وما يحتاج إعادة طلب، ومن يملك صلاحية ماذا. وفروع بلا أجهزة نقاط بيع لا تستطيع المسح أصلًا.

What I builtما بنيتُه

Selling, inventory, branches, transfers, approvals, roles and permissions, barcode generation and label printing, reports and periodic stocktakes — with the phone acting as the scanner where there is no hardware. I worked a physical stocktake on site and generated the barcodes myself, so the design came from the shop floor rather than a spec document.البيع والمخزون والفروع والتحويلات والموافقات والصلاحيات وتوليد الباركود وطباعة الملصقات والتقارير والجرد الدوري — والهاتف يعمل ماسحًا حيث لا أجهزة. وشاركتُ في جرد أحد المحلات ميدانيًا وأنشأتُ الباركودات بنفسي، فجاء التصميم من الأرض لا من ورقة مواصفات.
